Questions we get at the booth
Which sauce should I try first?
Jalabáo. It is our mildest at 3 out of 10 on our house heat scale, and it is the most awarded sauce we make. Most people work up from there.
How hot is your hottest?
Matanza sits at 10 out of 10 on our scale, built on Carolina Reaper and habanero. It is a limited edition and we usually have it at the table. See the full heat guide, the pairing guide, or the lab-tested Scoville numbers.
